Cancellation Policy
Appointment Changes: Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee may be charged for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. The fee amount will be determined based on the scheduled service. Emergencies: I understand that emergencies arise, and I will do my best to accommodate them. Please notify me as soon as possible if you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. Repeated Cancellations: Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule appointments at short notice may be required to prepay for future appointments or may risk losing their booking privileges. Confirmation: I kindly request that clients confirm their appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to confirm may result in the appointment being offered to another client. Late Arrivals: Clients who arrive late may have their appointment time shortened to avoid inconvenience to other clients. However, the full service fee will still apply. No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without any prior notice may be subject to a no-show fee and may be required to prepay for future appointments.
